- Updates employees record files.
- Prepares documents for employees id's in companys employees are
assigned.
- Oversees operations managers instruction to supervisor and labor work force as per plants official guidelines.
- Maintains and manages all important documents either for
particular project or the whole organization.
- Assures documents are stored in order and easily accessible.
- Generates document control required as required.
- Encoding site document report and makes follow ups.

- Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company

- Prepares salary computation of employees to be submitted to the
office of the accountant.
