• Monitor the performance of production systems, ensuring seamless operation of critical functions, and
escalate any system issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Oversee backup processes on AIX systems, ensuring successful execution and addressing any errors or
failures.
• Monitor and maintain the health of network infrastructure, including LAN equipment, routers, and hubs,
to ensure consistent connectivity across all sites.
• Supervise the operation of key hardware and software systems, promptly addressing performance issues.
• Execute daily, monthly, and yearly batch processes, resolving errors and ensuring timely completion of
tasks.
• Follow standard recovery protocols for system startups, program reruns, and equipment shutdowns
when needed.
• Perform proactive checks to ensure hardware and software systems are fully operational.
• Execute UNIX and shell scripts, SQL scripts, PL/SQL scripts as directed by IT administrators or developers,
ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support automation tasks by running scripts and verifying outcomes as per operational requirements.
• Provide support for disaster recovery plans, including system backups, restorations, and continuity
testing.
• Assist in maintaining disaster recovery sites, ensuring they are operational and prepared for activation.
• Provide first-line support for IT infrastructure, resolving user issues and escalating complex problems to
specialized teams.
• Ensure consistent performance of endpoint devices, network equipment, and peripherals through regular
monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Configuring and managing the backups ofservers in Networker software.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting the backups

• Supporting business applications and to be aided in coordinating technical tasks of various
Infrastructure support teams
• Assisting the development teams in the transition of fresh application functionality
• Provide support for application build and releases and also providing support post deployment for
upgrades/changes/enhancements done on production (Live) Environment
• Receive and analyze application related faults and data related faults from first line support team.
• Prioritizing requests in accordance with agreed service level agreement.
• Monitoring SQL and Batch jobs daily, generating Job status report and troubleshooting the jobs in case of
failure.
• Plan, coordinate and implement patches and certificate updates into all environments/domains
• To implement domain account and service account password resets in all environments.
• Maintaining close collaboration with clients and Developers to ensure timely support whenever necessary
