This project client is Dubai Municipality regarding, Construction of new sewerage network by microtunneling (NDM) also construction, testing and commissioning of new sewage lifting pump station with OCS plant.

• Review the Electrical drawings, reports, specifications and Materials submitted by the contractor at each stage of the construction to ensure completeness, correctness, compliance with the scope of work and agreements requirements.
• Carry out constructability review during the design, construction and modification stages.
• Review in a timely manner the contactor and sub-contactor submittals and forward comments to the Resident Engineer.
• Ensure the contactor incorporates the comments raised from previous stages.
• Attend and manage technical meetings with the contactor and client.
• Review any alternatives to the design concept submitted by the contactor prepare and submit a report including recommendations to Resident Engineer/Client and highlighting advantages and disadvantages of each alternative.
• Review the materials proposed by the contactor and propose alternatives to improve the quality, future maintenance, safety, and cost effectiveness.

Work nature: Operation and Maintenance of electrical equipment and field instruments, in the sewage pumping stations.
• Preparation of Maintenance plan and schedule Viz. Preventive maintenance.
• Operation and Maintenance of Transformers up to 6.6kV
• Operation and Maintenance of Generators up to 6.6kV
• Commissioning, operation and maintenance of VFD’s and Soft Starters up to 6.6 kV
• Commissioning, operation and maintenance of motors up to 6.6 kV
• Operation and preventive maintenance of all kinds of switchgears, breakers and protection systems
• Operation and maintenance of capacitor banks, UPS, battery charger, PLC, RTU & SCADA systems
• Operation and Maintenance of various actuator valves like penstocks and gate valves.

• Full in charge in electrical, instrumentation and utilities
• Interact with the management for implementation of ISO guidelines
• Designed and implemented different systems for monitoring and enhancing maintenance procedures to increase equipment effectiveness in addition to applying and improving the Preventive maintenance (PM).
• Ensured the availability of electrical spare parts for all lines with minimum inventory cost by planning their stock levels
• Undertake commissioning, installation and calibration services
• Worked non-scheduled hours to repair critical equipment and respond to maintenance emergencies.
• Prepare single line diagrams (SLD), Selection of cable sizes and circuit breakers
• Full in charge of equipment & utilities like diesel burner, chiller, compressor etc.
• Design and modifications in electrical panels.
• Maintenance of LT panels and trouble shooting on control circuits and PLC’s.
• Monitoring and modification in SCADA systems.
• Selection and Calibration of instruments.
• Making reports for daily works.
• Planned and handled personnel availability and training requirements in electrical department
• Trained junior technicians with basic electronic and electrical and computer skills.
