Roles and Responsibilities:
Project:
 AL Erikiya Mall, Lusail (2B+GF+2P+SF+12F+RF)
 Marina Com33 Tower Project, Lusail (1B+G+M+3P+18F )
• Coordinate with site engineer and finish site activities
• Coordinate with consultant, subcontractors and documenting any project issues/conditions
• Coordinate the draftsman to prepare the shop drawings &BBS.
• Review Method Statements, material submittals, request for information (RFI’s), change orders and coordinates the design to minimize construction cost while satisfying the client and contract requirements
• Attend the technical meetings, site inspections and solve the technical issues
• Support the Technical Manager / Project Manager for all Technical and office activities
• Plan and schedule the project activities in liaison with planning engineer
• Review and monitor the progress of the project
• Prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation orders
• Define and implement corrective actions where deficiencies are detected
• Ensure safe work environments.

Project:
 AL Darwish Residential Tower, Al Dafna (3B+G+34F+RF)

• Prepare temporary works drawings and site related design drawings
• Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works
• Analysis, Design, Drawing and Detailing for Mechanical Maintenance platform for the maintenance of mechanical equipment, Tower crane bracing system, Steel working platform using stadd pro.
• A self-starter who is innovative and enjoy working in a team environment
• Working to and meeting project schedules and budgets
• Independently evaluates, selects, and applies engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria
• Prepare the excavation drawing and co-ordinates.
• Preparing, checking of bar bending schedule and shop drawing for staircase, slab, beam, wall and column.
• Checking the shop drawing and fabrication drawing of swimming pool steel structure.
• Prepare calculation and documentation for dewatering well closing.
• Coordinate the draftsman to prepare the shop drawings.
• Quantity estimation for various structural and architectural items
• Preparing the variation order
• Preparing daily report and monthly report.
• To prepare cost claim for the variation between tender and construction drawing/document.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to company improvements in work flow, methods of work execution, and continued standards improvements
• Assist Project Managers in developing project budgets, work plans, and schedules
• Assist Management in the development of policies and in the development, documentation and implementation of procedures
• Support development of technical proposal and provide comments on the technical content and level of effort of the proposed scope of work
• Layout of the building, line and level, excavation for foundation, checking of shuttering brick work, plaster work
• Conduct design development and contract document work sessions at project site in conjunction with the Project Manager and other disciplines
• Developing macro enabled spreadsheets for design automation.
• Capacity and power required for dewatering pump calculated based on permeability of rock and arrange the dewatering line.
• Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications.

 Residential Building, Nagercoil (G+4F+RF)

• Analysis, Design, Drawing and Detailing of residential building using Etabs and Safe
• Design and verification using Etabs and MS excel.
• Quantity estimation for various structural and architectural items
• Prepare billing for various structural and architectural items
• Prepare the shop drawing for various structural items
• Inspect the on-site and off - site materials to be used in the project and organize field
• Follow up inspections of the works and material delivered at site is as per the Approved material submittals.
• Concerning the execution of the works.
• Attend site technical coordination meetings to discuss main contractor submissions, shop drawings, material submittals and construction related matters.
• Carry out the Final inspections for certification of final completion and handing over the works.
• Identify potential safety concerns and inform the main contractor.
• Review and certify the Main contractor monthly progress statement.
