Service-troubleshoot and repairs generators, adjust and calibrates voltage and frequency output to the required level, replaces voltage regulator, Checks the integrity of rotor and stator windings and re-insulates if necessary, electrical motor and motor control installer.

Service-troubleshoot and repairs industrial and marine generators (Kohler, SDMO, Pramac, Cummins, Perkins, Caterpilar). Adjustment and calibration of voltage and frequency output to the required level, replaces voltage regulator, diode block or rectifier assembly, capacitor, control panel, mother board, circuit breaker, remote anounciator. Verifies the integrity of rotor and stator windings including insulation resistance and re-insulating if needed. Change oil and filter, air filter, fuel filter, changing and flushing of coolant and filter, cleaning of heat exchanger both for marine and industrial generators, replacing zinc anode for marine generators, belt tensioning and replaces if necessary, load testing using load bank and verifies the performance of the generator on different load conditions. Motor control installer and forklift operator.
