• Field of intervention: building and renovation of the « Centre d'Appareillage de Madagascar », implementation of management system and production processes for this centre of 50 governmental staff.
• Implementation of a national management system for rehabilitation services
• Management of team composed by 4 expatriates and 15 national staff
• Writing of proposal, reporting, evaluation/follow up of the projects, fund raising
