Conducts regular site walkthrough with MEP Contractors QA/QC Engineer and Subcontractors QC Inspector. Prepares observation reports on the installations that are non-compliant with the specifications, approved shop drawings, approved materials and Method Statement for Contractor’s compliance and action.
Monitors daily MEP site progress and prepares daily MEP progress report.
Prepares and updates the weekly room tracker report and weekly MEP progress reports.
Prepares Weekly Construction Surveillance Reports which are the positive and negative aspects of MEP installations on site.
Closely liaise with the Contractor’s MEP Engineers and QA/QC Engineers.
Implement and aggressively enforce company safety program and practices to create a safe and healthy work environment.
Reconcile with MEP Contractors Weekly Progress reports and send report to management.
Focused on the following Systems:
•District Cooling (Energy Transfer Room and Metering System).
•ACMV system.
•Fire Fighting System, Fire Pumps including sprinklers, standpipes, landing/zone valves, fire hose reel, fire hydrants, pre-action, etc.
•Plumbing & Drainage System.
•Fire Suppression with gas system such as FM200 System.
Electrical, Fire Detection & Alarm System
and Achievements
Prepared Plumbing, Electrical and Coordinated Services Shop Drawing and coordinates it with the Draftsman.
Estimated and Prepared the Bill of Materials for Plumbing for comparison with the submitted quotation by the subcontractors.
In Charge for the MEP Coordination of Services with the Architect Civil Engineer, MEP Subcontractors for the correct installation of services.
Responsible and focused on the technical details of mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, electrical works of the project.
Inspected the mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical components of the Project and prepares daily site accomplishment report.
Conducted regular project Walk-thru together with the contractor to check on the progress of work and spot potential problems in terms of mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical make-up.
Drafted letters and correspondence for each non-conformance discovered at the site and follow-up the sub-contractor for their compliance.
Witnessed all Inspection and Work Request Forms submitted by the sub-contractors as well as the Materials Receiving Inspection and endorse it to the Project Manager for signing.
Assisted the Project Site Manager in ensuring that Good Housekeeping is diligently practiced within the Company’s site offices and facilities.
Issued Client supplied materials and equipment to the subcontractors.

Witness/Check all Inspection Request Forms submitted by the contractors and makes sure that any activity presented for his inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement .Same goes with Materials Receiving Inspection.
Witness Testing and Commissioning conducted by the Contractor.
Prepares Weekly and Monthly Progress Report with regards to Mechanical works.
