• Hardware troubleshooting and problem isolation
o Fix on site- fix or replace hardware; reload drivers; reconfigure hardware; run diagnostic test
o Hardware devices include desktops, laptop, printers (HP Laserjet/Deskjet, Fuji Xerox, Intermec barcode printers), DLPs and barcode scanners.
• Preventive Maintenance
o Physical checkup and cleaning of unit its peripherals as may be required by the customer.
o Checking of unit hardware parts and subject for replacement if needed.
• To submit RMA request on time to avoid delay in resolving such issues
• To perform other tasks related to the position as deemed necessary by the management.
o Tool PC support in case the primary support is not around
o Testing of new images/software created by the other team members and provides feedback for further enhancements.
• Software troubleshooting
o Ghosting/image creation and update for tool PCs and computer repaired
o Check application: re-configure/re-install software; virus check
o Configuration of new desktop/laptop units and installing TI standard baseline.
