Distribution of information and memos as required.
Arranging for meetings and appointments for the Food and Beverage Director and Assistant Food and Beverage Manager.
Maintains an up to date and effective filing.
Making telephone calls for Food and Beverage Director and Assistant Food and Beverage Manager.
Taking restaurants reservations and ensuring the information is conveyed to the respective restaurants/outlets in time.
Controls all stores issues used in all administration in the office.
Maintain a control book for all mobile calls and also controlling of the photocopier machine, maintenance and accounting of papers with the appropriate departments/sections. Keep an effective communication to your superiors and ensure that all vital communication is recorded in written form.
Ensure effective time management for the Food and Beverage Director's meetings and appointments.
Plan your working time according to the business needs.
Ensures that all records relevant to the human resources office are copied and timely forwarded.
Ensures that the monthly one to one meeting with the Food and Beverage Director is kept and that all documentation is up to date and personal development plan is established and followed.
Maintaining of menus and beverage lists for all outlets and updating of prices for the same ensuring MIS department is informed.
