work quality, safety and operational readiness
• Spearheaded resource budgeting and manpower training to optimize resouce
allocation and maximize maintenance teams output
• Initiated improvement projects such as trackwork defects map for asset condition
monitoring and hotspot periodic drainage cleaning to prevent catastrophic track
failure through flooding

• Managed trackwork design for North-East Line extension and Circle Line 6 by
reviewing design submissions and resolving design-related issues
• Responsible for reviewing track alignment design for Cross-Island Line and
coordinating with consultants to ensure statutory compliance with codes, design
standards and specifications
• Performed in-house track alignment design using MicroStation

• Collaborated with SG Enable to initiate infrastructure improvement projects and
raise awareness for Person with Disabilities navigating the land transport system
• Managed LTA Gallery educational outreach programmes for students
