- Manage Activities of Direct reports and their subordinates
- Training & development of team members for continuous improvement
- Prepare, Recommend, Manage & Monitor Annual Maintenance Budget related to Maintenance
- Identifying of critical jobs and setting priorities based on the needs of Production Dept.
- Manage the execution and completion of all maintenance activities
- Procurement of Spares in conjuncture with the needs to planned Maintenance activities
- Respond to emergencies in coordination with QHESS
- Support in preparation and implementation of maintenance improvement projects
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls
- Develop and implement the Maintenance policies, systems, processes, and procedures
- Comply with the ISO 9001: 2015 QMS requirements
- Responsible for preparation and execution of annual plan.
- Planning and Scheduling of weekly activities
- Provide inputs for annual budget for the Maintenance Department.
- Generate CMMS Reports and monitor weekly and monthly KPI’s.
- Coordination with Reliability Engineer for constant improvement of Maintenance activities, procedures, and process.
- Manage CMMS software and restructuring of CMMS hierarchy along with Reliability Engineer
- Worked as an Execution Engineer for EPIC Projects (2010 - 2011)
- Worked as QC Engineer for Shutdown projects (2011 - 2013)
- Worked with SHELL GTL as Turnaround Planner (2013 - 2015)
- Worked also in Project Tendering
- Providing Internet Services Packages customers in The United States of America and Canada
