Duties and Responsibilities:
•Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed. To ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the work site are maintained.
•Review mechanical designs. Provide advice and recommendation to design contractors to ensure project specifications are followed.
•Manage inventory of mechanical items including originating, receiving and verification against DO and issuance of materials from Store. To perform QA/QC verification of incoming items including specifications, to ensure items are in compliance for project use.
•Work with Technology vendor’s project team and EPCM team to ensure mechanical equipment, piping, ducting are properly engineered, vendors qualified and selected through bidding process, material received and installed and related testing conducted/certified for a smooth commissioning and startup.
•Ensures successful completion and closure of all technical aspects, punch list of the project before commissioning and start up. Role of QA/QC to ensure that the items/equipment complied with requirements of project objectives.
•Coordinate the design of mechanical and piping works with Engineering Consultant.

Minera Panama Project)

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Plan the daily workload and utilize the workforce to meet the schedule deadlines.
•Supervise the installation of mechanical equipment such as pumps, conveyors, chutes, tanks and gearboxes.
•Coordinates to other department for scheduling of equipment, materials and area for smooth installation, assembly and erection to meet the target schedule.
•Plan and arrange delivered construction materials for smooth erection/installation and monitoring.
•Plan and evaluate the performance of assigned millwrights, mechanical fitter and laborer for their daily assignments.
•Participate in all site-based safety activities, including leading toolbox meetings contributing to accident investigation and risk assessment in construction site activities.
•Monitor and report construction, assembly and installation progress and address any issue arise. Ensure that all mechanical installations are made in accordance to manufacture’s specifications.
•Assigned Area Mill Building (Mechanical, Structural and Piping), floatation area (Structural), Stockpile (Structural and Mechanical).

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Handle HPAL (main assigned area), Counter Current Decantation (CCD)/Neutralization, Power Station and Utilities (PSU) and Ore Preparation Area maintenance activities.
•Implement the company quality assurance plans through the checking, witnessing and recording of the quality activities as described within the plans.
•Leads HPAL Planned scheduled Shutdown activities (Minor and Major shutdown works).
•Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
•Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems.
•Monitor mechanical activities and ensure adequate contractor resources to ensure optimum progress of the work in the mechanical discipline.
•Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
•Equipment handles are Weir Mineral pumps, GEHO pumps, LEWA (Sulfuric acid) pumps, autoclave, heater vessels, agitators, mechanical seals, compressors, tanks and thickeners.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Assigned for supervising erection of mechanical rotating and static equipment.
•Inspect the P&ID’s (Piping Instrumentation Diagrams) against the actual installation to check any mechanical deficiencies.
•Conduct piping inspection such as hydro testing, welding inspection (VT, PT, and vacuum test), painting/insulation inspection, and rubber lining inspection.
•Inspect mechanical works such as equipment installation, pump alignment, dimensional inspection and bolt tightness.
•Conduct structural works inspection such as verticality, foundation settlement, levelness and elevation inspection.
•Check mechanical test run and function test of equipment such as pumps, agitators, compressors, overhead cranes and other rotating equipment related to plant operation.
•Supervise the commissioning support manpower in the execution of mechanical works (e.g. leakage elimination, blind installation and removal and hot bolting).
•Attend joint walk through together with contractor to determine the completeness of all piping, equipment, platforms work done by the construction groups. Make punch list for rectification purposes.

•Prepare and execute testing commissioning of installed equipment (i.e. Fire and jockey pumps, piping and tanks/reservoir).
•Revise plan, prepare shop drawings and prepare as-built plans.
•Ensure that appropriate safety procedures are implemented during the execution of the work, which will include the review of method statements as well as witnessing at site.
