Works hand on hand with Technical Manager in providing technical assistance to all projects and clients. Perform relieving functions for Chief / Building / Facilities Enginee and Property / Facilities Manager. Support the Technical Manager in conceptualizing technical operation manual and project. Work hand on hand with the Technical Manager and the Building / Facilities Engineer in ensuring that building maintenance is within the Health and Safety guidelines. Assist in facilitating Technical training to all technical project staff.
Assist in equipment asset tagging in all manage properties. Performs equipment / inventory audit report in all manged properties. Conducts energy audit in all manged properties or per instruction by the Technical Manger. Conduct manpower pooling and evaluation as required by the clients and project.

Responsible for the construction of metro stations Plumbing such as installation of Sewerage Ejector pumps and piping system, PVC & HDPE, Installation of booster pumps and water tanks, potable water piping, PPR & PEX and Installation of sanitary fixtures, WC, urinals, showers, lavatories, slot drains and water heaters. Interconnection to municipal sewerage lines and potable water supply. Firefighting system such as installation of fire pumps, duty and stand by, sprinkler and hydrant and FM 200 piping system. HVAC such as installation of chilled water pumps, chilled water pipes and insulation, installation of AHU, FCU, tunnel ventilation blowers and smoke extract system and ducting sytem. Ensure to follow the shop drawings duly approved by the Designers Architech and consultant Engineers, check the weekly schedule work and accomplishments as planned and follow up the material delivery if necessary. Coordinate with the other site Engineers and raise for Field Change Request (FCR) for any discrepancies according to site conditions, update the construction managers regarding site development and progress, check the as built drawings and coordinate with the consultant Engineers and QA/QC Engineers regarding Testing & Commissioning (T&C) of all Mechanical Equipment and hydro testing for all the piping system according to the required pressure for final acceptance. Promote health and safety environments make sure that the workers / foreman supervisors followed the safety standards on the jobsite.

Check all recoverable items made by all CIPI Engineers/Technicians to unit owners/ tenants such as water, electricity, work orders and ensure that all are handed over to CIPI Property Manager for timely billing. Attend and handles any form of tenants complain immediately. Ensure zero facility defects through proper operations and maintenance. Ensure that the building will only comply with existing design and standards and local code requirements. Ensure that all As-built plans, equipment folder, database and operating manuals are readily available for reference. Oversee the Operation, Maintenance and Testing activities of MEP equipments such as HVSG, LVSG, Cooling Towers, FCU and AHU, Pumps and Blowers, Generator Sets, Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) and BMS, by CIPI Technicians and Contractors. Monitor and ensure that operating expenses of the building is within the approved budget. Ensure timely submissions, renewal and payment of government permits and other requirement of the building. Introduce energy conservation program to minimize buildings operating and maintenance cost. Introduce improvements plan. Review of construction fit-out plans, ensure that Fit-out Guidelines and requirements are being complied and implemented by the contractors. Prepare monthly manpower schedules for engineering staff and strictly monitor work and overtime of personnel. Assist the Property Manager on the preparation of the building’s annual operating budget as well as long term projects or capital expenditures. Updates the Property Manager through the Monthly Engineering reports concerning the status of the equipments, utilities and facilities of the building. Promote health and safety environment of the building.

Assist the Chief Engineer in technical matters, ENERCON planning and implementation, Fire Safety, Housekeeping and Equipment maintenance program.
