Monitor the number of trucks to be loaded and ensure the load weight is correct

Accept and initially check the materials delivered as per POs
Oversees the receipt, purchase order, and issuance of direct charge materials
Handle offshore chemical requests and prepare required documents
Assist QAQC & Accounts Dept. to resolve material discrepancies
Ensure to deliver the operation in a safe manner
Monitor the requisition and purchase order
Place the order as per approved quote
Assist the project and accounts team
Prepare the invoice report
Process the claims and capture the significant data
Review and verify the claims
Resolve any discrepancies
Ensure the claims has been submitted on time
