Administer end to end on-boarding and off-boarding activities.

calls in a timely and accurate basis.
 Accurately register employee details in SAPIENCE Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
 Assigned as travel coordinator for employee’s air ticket and hotel bookings.
 Process final settlement of terminated employee as per the UAE Labor law.
 Communicating with external partners for external hire and manpower supply.
 Prepare reports and presentations, communications, data summaries, name badge and other
documents/information.
 Ensure to check and verify external hire time sheets & invoice prior to issuance of payment.
 Prepare HR correspondence and certificates.
 Records and issuance of employee’s RFID cards through BIOSTAR database.
 Register employees at biometrics.
 Keeping confidentiality of all documents

 Maintain accurate file structure for all project Documentation.
 Ensure all projects Documents, Correspondence, RFI’s, TQ’s, Drawing & Material Submittals are available
