• Performed and conduct material inspection for all delivered material according to approved material submittal and project specification.
• Liaise and coordinate to MEP engineering department with regards to construction detail installation based on approved construction shop drawing.
• Coordinates mechanical design with architectural, electrical and structural for quality/efficient design plan to meet and satisfy client requirements.
• Conducts site inspection to ensure reliable cost effective design plan generation and compliance to international and existing local codes and standards.
• Monitor all documentation records and correspondence related to QA/QC issues in site project.
• Involved in the preparation of technical documents and forms such as Check list, Inspection of Materials Reports, Request for Inspection and Material Inspection.
• Monitor and implement all mechanical/electrical installation as per required Engineering standards and approved project specification.
• Monitor progress of work and ensure to be in accordance with the project site schedule and specification.
• Monitor and report site observation for any defect with regards to improper installation.
• Liaise with MEP department prior to coordinate with sub-con and ensure work area & required equipment are ready for final testing.
• Liaise and coordinate to enabling and mock-up department prior for final installation at site.
• Update daily reports and logs (MIR & FIR) documentation.
• Attend coordination meeting with the contractors and sub-contractors related to QA/QC concerns on site.
• Prepares Procedures, Method Statement and Inspection Test Plan documents as per project specification.
