Construction of 100, 000 Tons of Refrigeration (TR) District Cooling Plant to serve the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The 100, 000 TR District Cooling Plant consist of two (2) Plants located in Parcel 6.23 (Plant 1) and Parcel 6.27 (Plant 2), each Plant have the capacity of 50, 000 TR, comprises of Eight (8) chiller modules and two Thermal Energy Storage (TES) tanks per plant. Each chiller module rated at nominal 5, 000 TR with two chillers in series counter flow arrangement. The two TES Tanks has maximum charge/discharge capacity of 10, 000 Tons of Refrigeration (TR).
