I provide assistance to passengers who have lost their baggage via our handled airlines - Air France, Air Arabia, British Airways, Gryphon Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Lufthansa, German Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Jazeera Airways, Jet Airways, Oman Air, Sri Lankan Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Ukraine Airlines Delta Airlines, Bahrain Air by using SITA cute, Worldtracer System, PRS and Guide, I am also responsible for supervising the smooth offloading of bags from the conveyor belt, attending to passenger needs regarding the status of their bags, releasing received bags to the passengers and other tasks pertaining to lost bags.
I was customer oriented agent whose tasks and obligations include: counter check-in, immigration, document check, pre and post flight editing, boarding, attaching the bridge onto the aircraft, arrival and lost baggage tracing using Worldtracer Management System for our handled airlines such as Korean Airlines, Asiana Airlines, China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and Mandarin Airlines.
