IMG is a real estate developer whose largest indoor theme park in the world
has been completed on Aug-16 and ongoing villas and other projects as a part of their
development - City of Arabia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Preparation of construction schedules, recovery schedules and look ahead
schedules.
* Monitoring and controlling the progress of key activities included under
engineering, procurement and construction phases.
* Review, evaluate and monitor contractor’s time schedules for their scope of works
and assist them in preparing revisions and recovery programs in case of any
delays.
* Analysis of scope of work and estimating manpower and duration required to
complete the work.
* Coordination with fellow department for efficient collection and timely
processing of accurate project information.
* Preparing and evaluating Extension of Time (EoT) for the claim.
* Tracking the progress of the contractors and issue the delay notice to them in case
of lack of performance.
* To discuss with Project managers regarding the issues and planning and
monitoring to resolve the issues.
* Coordinate with site team to deliver the project as per timeline.
* To develop a mitigation plan to reduce the impact on the succeeding works.
* Directly reporting to Planning Manager.

Residential and Commercial projects on various locations of Kerala.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* CAD (computer aided design) drawings.
* Planning and estimation of the work according to the requirement of the client.
* Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings and Specifications.
* Supervision of auger pile foundation.
* Check and review the plans and specifications for the proper construction and
quality implementation at job site.
* Checking formworks and reinforcement and all embedded items.
* Procurement of the materials as per the site requirements.
* Making Daily report and reporting to the Construction Manager.
