In charge in creating Airway Bill using Cargo Spot system.
Coordinating to manifesting personnel in cargo loading process.
Ensures all necessary information needed is accurate and complete.
Responsible in preparing and processing all necessary documents of the shipments.
Check information of the shipment for incoming flights such date of arrival and amount of goods loaded on expected flight.
Answer incoming calls for inquiries and channel of massage to concern staffs.
and Responsibilities:
KITCHEN
assist the chefs on THEIR regular work
mise-en-place preparation
maintains proper cleanliness of the section and equipments used for the preparation of dishes
Prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
Housekeeping
Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all back-of-house areas and customer areas
Service all bedrooms and corridors, in line with company policy
OFFICE
Maintains the filing system, in charge in filing documents such as quotations, correspondences, reports and other important documents
Encoding and sorting the monthly sales
Prepare salads and pasta
Make cold and hot drinks as well as deserts
Prepare ingredients for pizza making
