• Visit potential customers for new business.
• Provide customers with presentations and quotations.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide full assistance to the Project Managers and Senior Projects Coordinator.
• Preparation of Quotation and technical documentation for Tender submissions.
• Prepare import purchase orders, local purchase orders, material request form, delivery notes, and goods receive note, request for quotations, etc.
• Organization and coordination with the projects and operations team.
• Articulately dealing with the suppliers and clients from time of delivery up to clearance of payments.
• Ensure maintenance of up-to-date & accurate records of projects and related documentation for prompt retrieval, analysis and payment.
• Maintain proper filing of all project related documents, tenders, quotations, local and import purchase orders, technical submittals, correspondence, etc.
• Maintain up-to-date flow of information both internal and external.
Other Duties:
• Office front desk maintenance and entertain of general queries.
• Filter important phone calls and public inquiries.
• Provide office and clerical support to the Managing Director, sales department, accounts department, and to the design department.
• Ensure the maintenance of office supplies and showroom facilities such as fire protection system, wastage system, electrical and air conditioning system and the likes.
• Maintain admin files.
• Attendance/timesheet management and log keeping.
• Any other duties allocated.
Job Description:
• Provide full assistance to the Finance Manager.
• Voucher making and timesheet computation for the purpose of salary analysis.
• Filter important phone calls and general queries.
• Maintain office documentation and proper filing.
