• Analyze performance measures and reports to verify that work is performed according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Perform root cause analysis. Work with other functional teams to access and understand data to be analyzed.
• Coordinate across the organization to add reporting insights, identify process improvement opportunities.
• Automate manual processes reports using Excel VBA macro and Power Query.

• Gives insight regards client reports concerns, process flow, and admin concerns.
• Train up newly hired support (Field admin, Back end support, Accounting Associate) in excel formulas and functions.
• In-charge of reviewing and providing the needed documents of new clients for accreditation purposes and other compliance requirements requests.
• Responsible for making a strategic plan and decision making to support both operations and clients.
• Responsible in processing and sending both internal & external data reports to the clients and campaigns.
• Processing of new endorsement to be uploaded in system.
• Assists campaign concerns regarding account information, updating database/masterfile, account tagging, and status reports.
• Accommodate and analyze data requests by the clients & campaigns.
• Responsible for uploading new demand letter and compromise agreement templates in the BCRM system.
• In-charge of processing payment file/selectives, pullout accounts, billings, cert of destruction, affidavit, CA, DL, etc.
