▪ Create a tool to efficiently follow up on purchase requisitions for the different projects initiated by various requestors; follow up on approval; follow up on the different steps to issue a purchase order; coordinate delivery; close cycle
▪ Create a report reflecting the budgeted versus actual expenses of the projects
