Assists in the implementation of IPS recruitment activities and manpower plan:
o Follows-up on recruitment requests from initiation to completion;
o Ensures job descriptions file is complete and always up to date;
o Assists in sourcing candidates for open entry and mid-level vacancies
according to the HR sourcing strategy set by the CPO;
o Consolidates CVs received in the Recruitment Activities database and
store electronics CVs in an organized and accessible manner;
o Handles the scheduling and logistics related to recruitment activities;
o Manages the logistics of assessments when conducted;
o Screens CVs and conducts 1st interview for entry and mid-Level openings.
* Handles the Job fairs logistics and preparation according to the participation plan
agreed with the CPO.
* Maintains the careers section on IPS website and manager open positions on the
website and on social media.
* Organizes the induction training for new hires and assists in the on-boarding
process.
* Handles logistics of Training and Development initiatives internally and
externally and ensures maintenance of employee records for training activities.
* Acts as point of contact for employees with personnel queries, providing
assistance on routine maters or passing to relevant personnel professional as
appropriate Manage the leaves database
* Manage the leaves database.
Events and Travel.
* Arranges deals and sign contracts with the travel agencies with a good credit
facility terms ensuring a reasonable price.
* Makes yearly corporate direct deals with hotels inside and outside Lebanon.
* Responsible for the enforcement of the Travel standards, secure proper approval
in case of exceptions
* Issues, signs and sends the related Purchase Order(s) the suppliers
* Arranges kick off meetings, events, round tables, dinners etc. With all the
material required during their meeting.
