- Perform company's book keeping records such as general journal, general ledger, subsidiary sales journal, subsidiary purchase journal, cash disbursement, cash receipt.
- Supervise preparation, scheduling and releasing of company's financial report.
- Preparing and follow up customer's statement of account
- Update bank statement, money-in-bank vs client's payment and suppliers payment status
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report related to government's requirements such as Bureau of Internal Revenue, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, Social Security System and Home Development Mutual Fund files
- Filing and encoding company's expenses and sales performance
- Preparing, approving, purchase of goods/inventories of the company
- Prepare required report for external auditor for monthly, quarterly and annually report for Bureau of Internal Revenue, Security Exchange Commission and municipal requirements
- Computing and issuing the salaries of the employees
- Monitoring the incoming and outgoing of shipments
- Receiving the incoming deliveries
- Making documents for outgoing shipments
- Create SOP for internal process for production, employee benefits, logistics and etc
- Sorting and filing of company's documents
- Arranging meetings qith the customer and suppliers
• Design and create balloon decors, toy bouquet and souvenirs
• Design logo and brochures
