Developing production plans as required by Production Manager to achieve the demand plan and service and inventory objectives. - Monitoring all Production Data to be entered on system, ensuring proper allocation and accurate entry. - Determining Material Requirements as per Production Plan, monitoring related Receiving Process from the Warehouse. - Determining workforce requirement as per set Production Plan, in coordination with Production Manager on Staff Distribution per line & shift. - Coordinating with supervisor on related implementation of changeover schedule as per Production Plan. - Generating Manufacturing Variances and Cost of Production Breakdowns, interference in the required analysis. - Coordinating with Supply Chain Team, ensuring proper Handover of Finished Products as per Criteria. - Daily tours within Production Area, following up on discrepancy in coordination with Supervisors. - Enforcing Safety & Hygiene Standards in regard to staff and premises. - Ensuring daily cycle count of the buffer zone to ensure zero variance. - Coordinating with Warehouse Team to ensure proper Handover (physically and virtually on the system) of Finished Products and Raw Material as per Criteria.
