• Support the deployment of performance management meetings by creating materials via SharePoint that responds to the teams needs, training the teams and assessing meetings.
• Co-facilitate process mapping workshops in different formats (Flowchart, Swimlane, VSM).
• Co-facilitate white belt training during preparation phase and practical exercise.
• Develop training materials for continuous improvement tools.
• Plan and deliver basic dialysis and machine (Baxter AK98, AK96, AK100 and Artis) education training to nurses and physicians.
• Provide after-sales service to caregivers.
• Organize the departments documentation and update data.
• Supervise and evaluate the use of machines.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with nursing staff and hospital professionals.
• Develop and follow the business market including competitors status updates, complaints and KPI.
• Perform site visits, repairs, and preventive maintenance for medical devices.
• Participate in the installation of the CombiDiagnost 960 fluoroscopy at Cedim Medical.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of medical devices.
SENIOR HOUSES AND ALTERNATIVES, CISSS DE LA MONTÉRÉGIE EST - DQEPE, LONGUEUIL, CANADA • Participate during my internship with the continuous improvement team in the work of the medication administration and work organization committees: o Present the Ministry's guides and directions to the committees during procedure mapping meetings. o Complete the follow-up and update the list of issues identified during the committees' meetings. o Present alternative solutions to resolve issues related to procedures. o Prepare and animate a practical workshop including two simulations for suggested solutions.
SERIOUS GAME – FINAL YEAR PROJECT • Cooperate with another student under the supervision of 3 professors in the creation of a serious game focused on the clinical radiotherapy procedure for lung cancer using DicomPyler, Unity, AutoCAD 2D and 3D, and gamification basics. o The project has qualified to the Semifinals at the 11th edition of the MIT Arab Startup Competition 2018, and it has participated in the LIRA 14 Forum, 2018.
