Shift In Charge/ Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:
. Handling 30 staff each shift
• Greeting the Customer who enter the site
• Be involved in stock control and management.
• Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they looking for.
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments as well as card reloading.
• Reporting discrepancies and problem to the supervisor or manager.
• Stocking shelves with merchandise.
• Answering queries from customers.
• Giving advice and guidance on products selection to customers.
• Dealing with customer's refund.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Responsible with dealing customer complaints.
• Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
• Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards and etc.
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
• Keeping up to date with the promotions and putting up displays.
