 Planning, coordinating, scheduling, and supervising daily on-site operations for building-facade works
 Designing and fine-tuning proposals to comply with authorized blueprints and specifications
 Estimating, budgeting, and costing of needed equipment and materials (BOQs)
 Forecasting project progression/completion (project life cycle)
 Processing payment certificates and daily documentations for all involved parties (subcontractors, labor, suppliers, etc.)
 Enforcing compliance with company Quality, Health, and Safety Policy
 Collaborating with different departments to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of required materials
 Implementing conflict resolution techniques when needed
 Communicating safety performance, project scheduling, quality assurance, quality control, and costs issues with contractors, consultants, and all level stakeholders in addition to ensuring customer satisfaction
 Monitoring the baselines and altering any deviations as well as minimizing threats and increasing opportunities
