- Handling the end to end HRIS for all employees, including ERP, MI reporting, employee master file creation, entire database for employees.
- Liaising with the PR for Resident Permit, verification of documents.
- Monthly payroll processing, post calculation of their overtime and absency.
- Air-ticketing for employees, via different agencies, comparing the prices and charges.
- Handling staff accomodation and the supervision of cafetaria requirements.
Carrying the role of Assistant to Sr Admin Officer/DC & Accountants
Accounts:
*To record all the Cash/Banking transactions.
*To check and report that all the cash collections have duly been deposited in Banks.
*To check that all the cash transactions have duly been reconciled in system.
*Posting of related data into the EPR system
*preparation of payments for suppliers using SOA.
Administration:
*Assist Admin officer in preparation of Leave Pay salary
*Help in preparation of payroll (overtime, allowances, deductions..)
*Assist employees in queries
*Preparation and prompt updation of personal files of employees.
*Review and assign, new and revised cash management services setups completed by other operational units
*Balancing daily/monthly files & Reconciling commercial activity for all the Recon process.
*Documentation process before the setting up of products like MM GPS, ACH, Wires, EZD etc.
*Reviewing and assigning ACH Risk Setup forms for setting up process.
