•Inspects facilities in the following trades: carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
•Disseminates instructions received from supervisors to PM team and start work by assigning tasks.
•Supervises and inspects work accomplishment under PM program.
•Responsible for the timely and efficient accomplishment of PM inspections.
•Examines work in-progress to verify safety rules are followed and to ensure that specifications are met.
•Provides appropriate training to personnel in PM activities.
•Monitors and reviews information to detect or assess problems.
•Monitors and updates PM inspections work orders in Maximo (CMMS).
•Maintains accurate day-to-day records of PM inspections.
•Reports maintenance and repair items beyond the scope of PM and/or self-help to the work order desk.
•Plans work to provide the greatest possible coverage and to maximum efficiency.
•Ensures adequate supplies and equipment are on hand to accomplish PM inspections.
