Ensure the recording of the incoming of Sales Orders Stock Transfer Order, Customer Job Order and Customer Order Form in the SO/STO monitoring accurately such as items,
quantities, customer name, product line, including those discrepancies issues during the delivery/ back load issues, etc. for traceability purposes.
Assist in monitoring the SO with required delivery date (RDD) be realized on time .
If needed, check the actual status of the MTO items in the production to ensure can meet the RDD and inform the Inventory Controller if found problem for immediate action taken.
Helping in checking the computation of the CBM requirement of the goods upon receipt of the Sales Order prior routing the Sales Order to Delivery In-Charge and feedback to
Inventory Controller for further action taken, if any issues arise.
Ensure the Sales Orders must be classified and transmitted to the next process immediately. Made to Order-Production Planner
Made to Stock-Warehouse
Generate and publish through email those pending and two (2) days RDD of Sales orders to Production Planner and Production Supervisors every morning and collate the feedback and send through email to Customer Service prior end of the day.
Generate the revised Outgoing Sales orders (current + 2 days RDD) to Delivery Checker so that the Checker can advise if there is problem that hinders the delivery date.
Perform other duties as describes by Supervisor or Heads.
