• Managed changes (modifications) to do nightly SQLs using MOPs (Methods of Procedures) provided by the end user SQL
administrators, changes for LDAP add and deletes with the aid of MOPs provided by the end user LDAP administrators.
• Involved in patching servers running on Solaris OS in a given window time with patches being provided by the Technical Account
Managers(TAMs) / client's to control the revision level of the patches in the production environment.
