• Analyzing inventory movements and for the yearly forecast of inventory needed according to client requirements considering the contract. Once this is in placed, we will start preparing the requisitions according to criteria from segments such us Wireline, Artificial lifts, Testing, Drilling and measurements, Well Services, Oilphase and Slickline.
• SAP ERP Web based system, submitting all the order and monitoring until gets all the approvals are done until the PO have been confirmed by the vendor until arrives at the end-users.
• Dispensing materials physically and issuing inventory from ERP according to created caddy that user made via ERP; the request will be sent to us after supervisor’s approval. And then it will flag us the reference and I am printing the caddy and prepare the materials to be mobilize in the main store and acknowledged by the requester.
• Pick and Pack materials to be imported when other Schlumberger location around the world the needed spares to service their tools via express DHL or Aramex.
• Reviewing orders according to category wise level 1 Materials are considered below 1usd cost these are screw, O-rings, plates etc. level 3 are consider to be materials above 1usd up to 2000usd while level 3 materials are those expensive and rarely used but very imported with the operation because of the long lead-time.
• I am ordering Oil and Gas Chemicals and Cement use for Well services, Lithium batteries, high radiation stripes using in Drilling and Measurements, explosive materials for Wireline segment and generally ordering spares parts for the tools that operation needed for the projects.
• Receiving Materials; open the box and identify the materials according to packing list once this is checked, we will do the barcoding included using the barcode gun and printing the barcode to stick on the materials if not prepared.
• There are 3 types of Materials under my responsibility first the M&S - these are the consumable items like, screw, o-rings, pins, toners special papers etc., Secondly the Inventories - these are the materials that are expensive, sensitive and very important to run the tools. Lastly, the assets - these are the tools and equipment’s.
• I was managing the Warehouse in Ras Laffan for Liquid chemicals -example Acid and Surfactants and in Dukhan warehouse for the dry and powder chemicals such as cements and additives.
• There are special Inventories to take care with different handling like lithium batteries, electronic Board and explosives. Making sure that all MSDS are visible and uo-to-date.

• Review purchase requisition and coordinate with requester, Maintain and update accurately information from the database and intensive planning.

• Collaborates with customers & suppliers, Improving forecast accuracy, enable fast decisions with visibility & insight, adopt demand driven supplychain management.
• Analyze trends and market conditions for the present and future pricing, availability, lead-time and capacity of goods and services.
• Agricultural and landscape ordering of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Hand Tool, Garden Tools, irrigation materials etc. Purchasing of Agricultural Plants, Seasonal Flowers, Groundcover plants, Trees, Horticultural plants etc.
• Submitting requirements & application to Ministry of Environment-Qatar to acquire new products outside Qatar such as Herbicides, Pesticides, Fungicides, Fertilizers and Wetting agent products.
• Importing Agricultural & Landscaping Equipment’s such as Tractors, Speed-Seeder, Harvester, mowers, grinding machines, composting machines, club cars, brush cutter, blowers etc.
• Gatherings of Requirements in Importing Live Plants such Trees, Turf Grass, indoor, and outdoor plants and submits to Ministry of Agriculture to get the Import Permit before shipment.
• Coordinate equipment’s once arrived that needs registration with traffic department.
• Documentations of PO, DN and Invoices, Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
• Shipment: Reviewing Draft Shipping documents such us Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin and Bill of lading, Master airwaybill to ensure they are good to go before any attestation and legalization.
• Payment Terms should always be 100% Letter of Credit at sight, Proforma Invoice addressed to Bank when it comes to bulk orders and CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) for incoterms.
• Making sure that we don’t order materials without reviewing the current stock on hand to manage inventory well.
• Intensive coordination with the main store -Warehouse, monthly reports such as top 20 Slow & Fast Moving Inventories, Weekly random stock check specially the expensive and sensitive materials like electronic spares etc
