EQUIPMENT EXPERTISE
Good understanding of the following Equipment:
•API Centrifugal Pumps
•Non-API Pumps
•API Positive Displacement Pumps
•API Gas Compressors(Centrifugal-Integrally Geared, Expander-Generator)
API Steam Turbines
•Packages like Chemical Injection package, Waste Water treatment, Hydrogen Generation Plant, Heaters, Flare System, HVAC, etc.
•Basic knowledge in API 650 Tanks, ASME pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, etc.
•Interconnecting Piping and Ancillary systems.
•Knowledge on Licensors Specification
•Handled material handling equipment-Cranes, Hoists, etc.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Handle Rotating equipment which includes Pumps, Compressors, Fans, Blowers, Package equipment such as material handling, chemical dosing skids, utility package, etc.
•Understanding of project requirement, including clarification with client and relevant disciplines as necessary.
•Reports day-to-day activities to Assigned Project/ Engineering Manager.
•Prepare Specifications, data sheet and inquiry documents
•Perform Technical Bid Evaluation(TBE)
•Evaluation of Vendor proposals, and finalizing technical requirements for purchase condition including evaluation and deviations.
•Perform all discipline engineering assignment and design work independently.
•Review vendor documentation and vendor management with control over schedule and information.
•Provide technical requirements and assessment for inspection and QC related matters.
•Participate in site surveys, provide technical support during construction stage.
•Handle interface matters and coordinate with relevant stockholders.
•Site technical support for field installation, field testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning as necessary to achieve completion of project and handover to Client.

•Work planning, manpower and man-hour planning and control.
•Coordination and change management within department, inter-disciplines, Client and Vendors.
•Resolution of project issues with internal/ external stockholders.
•Able to read various interfaces in PFDs, PIDs, MSDs
•Participate in 3D model reviews and HAZOP/HAZID/SIL sessions.
•Managing and leading a large project
•Participating in Value Engineering, design and cost optimization.
•Develop standard documentation for use on projects.
