Responsibilities spans Coaching the Program and Projects in Agile Scrum, XP, Kanban methodologies. Daily alignment by Agile ceremonies with global team consisting of Product Manager(s), Product Owners, Architects and Portfolio managers and Release management.
• Agile transformation of Aetna, Symantec using Custom Scaled Agile frameworks
• Helping the Programs to tailor the agile transformation process and fit them into Release Time lines
• Periodic evaluation on Agile maturity of the entire organization and helping the team to realize the gaps and adapting the team and stakeholders in Agile Scrum, XP, Kanban and Lean
• Coaching the Team in Agile Requirements Engineering and Extreme Programming Practices
• Effectively trained the team to Rally ALM, Rally-Dashboards, Customized Rally Apps, Jira and Jira Dashboards
• Agile Coach for (total size of 80 members) Feature and Component teams
Responsibilities span end-to-end lifecycle with Development focus on Software Product Development projects using Agile Scrum, XP, Kanban methodologies & interactions with global team consisting of Product Manager(s), Product Owners, Architects and Portfolio managers. Responsibilities includes,
• Driving the effort to achieve the early business value by adopting to Agile methodologies
• Enabled the release of multiple versions in parallel, thus facilitating the business unit to release the product in the market within planned time and budget, working within constraints of having to deal with 3rd party suppliers.
• As a servant leader responsible for enabling the team to work on their day to day activities without any impediments
• Part of the Core teams for driving agile transformation on a global basis.
• Managed the Sivillance Vantage interface family integration as a Program manager/ Agile Coach Responsible for Release plans, Overall Budget & forecasting, Risk management, Vendor interactions
• Regular interactions with product manager and product owner to enable the just in time reviews
• Directly handing 35 member vantage interface team & in directly handling 60 members team delivering the product-add-ons in a strict time boxed release plans
