According to Cass Management module curriculum, I worked on a team project based on the current issue RCCM was
facing. We as system thinkers, came up with recommendations for their issue within given period of time using extensive
primary and secondary research, analysis, case studies and Soft system Methodology- a system thinking approach. The
outcome was welcomed and appreciated by the client. I learnt a lot of team building, active listening skills, deadline
management, dedication, analytical, decision making and presentation skills throughout the project. It was a new
experience to use systems methodology in the real world scenario and to satisfy our client on the project.
