Maintain all activities of Records Management i.e. administration, control, integrity check, storage and retrieval.
Classifies and assign records and sort information according to their type.
Manages database and ensure that all records are up-to-date.
Responsible for coordination with concerned departments regarding checking and updating of documents.
Respond to request for information and advice.
Prepare purchase order form for the raw materials and office supplies
Assist the purchasing officer in checking the received supplies
Summarize and submit received Invoices to Accounting Dep’t
Encode all transactions using SAP (System Application and data Processing)
File papers and documents
Operate photocopiers, computers and scanned copies
General administrative and clerical support
Record data for each employee, including such information addresses, overtime, absences and leaves
Answer, screen and direct telephone calls
Provide information to callers
Direct persons to correct destination
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Prepare letters and document to shipping
Receive, send and sort mail and deliveries
Follow up inquiries/withdrawals to end user
Schedule appointments
Update store location directories
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
Greetings and acknowledgment to the Guests, escort them to tables and provide menu
Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties and special services for diners
Supervise and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous services to the Guests
Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
Assist Guests in settling their bills and double check cash being given by the guests
Total receipts at the end of the shift to verify sales and clear cash register
