DW016 Roads and Infrastructure Al Wajba East Package 03: The project covers a total area of 135 Hectares. This project is part of the Local Roads & Drainage Project (LR&DP) to upgrade local roads, drainage and associated infrastructure in the State of Qatar. The main objective of DW016 P03 project is the construction works include roads, storm water drainage, foul sewer, treated sewage effluent network, streetlighting, utilities house connection such as potable water electrical & telecom duct works for Ooredoo & UGN requirements, landscaping, streetscape and related roadway infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that pre-established document control requirements are satisfactorily met throughout the project duration.
• Receive, track, and monitor documents using standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produce logs, transmittals, and other reports as required.
• Maintain an established data distribution system and schedule for the assigned project based upon client, project and department.
• Producing and issuing document status reports.
• Uploading correspondence and submittals to PMWeb and FCTS.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
