Assists in planning and coordinating operations and ensuring that all materials are rigged up, tested, certified and ready to perform well intervention jobs such as thru-tubing milling, acid stimulation, nitrogen kick-off, cement plugging and well testing, both in offshore and onshore locations in the UAE
•Ensures safe, efficient and environmentally conscious use of equipment to effectively implement the well program
•Ensures delivery of services with high quality and no HSE incidents
•Monitor equipment status before and after operations and conduct necessary maintenance activities as per stated in the checklist
•Carry out job objectives as per Client’s specifications and as provided in well program
•Relay technical and engineering issues of the coil unit to the head office so that utilization of company services are maximized

Reviews Well Design and Workover proposals
•Conducts Offset Well Analysis based on data from previous and nearby wells
•Prepares Drilling/Workover Programs after careful planning with Geologist and Reservoir Engineers
•Prepares Authority for Expenditures and monitors expense on daily basis
•Develop, evaluate and implement 3rd part contracts
•Review technical specifications of drilling consumables and other drilling related items
•Conduct Post-Drilling Well Review
•Maintain close coordination with all the 3rd party contractors to ensure availability of equipment and crew at location to avoid delays in drilling and workover operations
•Check and review invoices from contractors as per job operation and ensure proper payment for all crew and equipment
•Negotiate invoice claims such as Damaged Beyond Repair (DBR), Lost-in-Hole Equipment, maintenance as per stated in the Contract between Client and Contractor

Assembly & Disassembly of Positive Displacement Motors used in Directional Drilling operations
•Inspection and familiarity with basic BHA design, parts of different-sized PDMs, and MWD tools configuration
•Shop calibration and testing of MWD tools used in Direction Drilling and Surveying activities
•Basic interpretation of Directional Survey information and other well site data
