Meet and greet all guests, potential guest at the Front of the House restaurants.
•Ensures that the restaurant is ready to receive guests prior to opening and that both wait staff and tables are ready in line with opening standards.
•Ensures restaurant operating equipment is clean and in working order.
•Responsible for guest reservations and inquiries.
•Being attentive to guest requests and resolve complaints when possible, reporting all incidents to line supervisor
•Maintain detailed knowledge of menu, including daily specials.
•Maintain current information on all general activities of the Hotel.
•Assign duties and floor stations with proper planning and directing responsibilities of the wait staff.
•Department Trainer - conducts orientation session and provides service knowledge to newly hired staffs

Currently taking care of the end to end HR role from Talent Acquisition to separation.
•Manpower Planning: Manpower planning for new recruitment and replacement, costing & budgeting.
Monitors the OPEX & CAPEX purchases of the whole department.
•Tracking of the Department overall expenses and coordinates with Finance department to ensure accurate budget charges.
•Responsible for checking and approving all outlet requisitions & purchase thru Fidelio Material Control System (FMC)
•Responsible for daily manpower tracking of the Banquet & Convention outlets and analyzes profitability thru Banquet C&E Calculator & Opera System
•Handles all Human Resources functions of the F & B Department.
•Staffing - coordinates with HR on staff recruitment for F & B
•Training & Development
•Performance Review - assist the Department Head and Managers conducting staff performance evaluation.
•Identify training requirements of each Restaurant and organizes a training plan for 21 outlets on a monthly basis.
•Process cross training request for employees
•Reports directly to and communicates with the EAM and F & B Manager regarding all administrative matters.
•Maintain a filling and trace system.
Supervises all inbound and outbound calls.
•Responds to inquiries regarding company concerns, receives, transmit and record signals and messages thru CB Radios.
