I was hired as Sales Representative. I did Inbound calls to our customers. I sell cellular phones and its accessories. We also offer cellphone plans and discuss the advantages when they avail it, we even give promotions to our customer. After 6 months I got promoted. I was transferred to other account which is Collections. I worked as Account Specialist for a year. I was with UPS(United Parcel Services).We are accounts receivable Department.Our customers have an account with us for them to ship packages. They send packages through us. We did Inbound and outbound calls to them. We are responsible to reaching out our customers to inform about their past due bills how much money they owed and collect payments. Before we end the calls we ensure that all customer information is correct including phone numbers and addresses that we have on file. If they have concerns with their accounts we resolve their issue and give them the best customer service.
