• Assigned Reporting (Computers troubleshooting report, Website Traffics).

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage network security, including firewalls, virtual private networks (VPNs), and IDS
• Administration of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO) for on-premises and cloud-based environment
• Configure and manage Windows Server. Office 365, Exchange, Azure, and other networking and system related.
• Troubleshoot networking and system-related issues, including server hardware and software, network connectivity.
• Monitor system performance and perform capacity planning to optimize network and system resources
• Plan and implement network security measures to protect data, software, hardware from unauthorized, or attack.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot, and resolve network problems.
• Document network infrastructure, procedures, and configurations
• Work collaboratively with other IT staff, departments, managers, and end-user to identify needs for improving IT postures of the company.
Subject Thought:
• Fundamental understanding of computer and its peripherals, Introduction to computing, Computer network fundamentals, Visual Basic .NET programming language. Creative designs suites (Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign software).
