Provide leadership and serve as primary point-of-contact with client organizations.
Structure and manage engagement work plans and provide direction and leadership to internal and external teams on large, complex projects
Support the Estimation & Tendering team for pricing SAS, ELV packages related to new projects.
Oversee all on-site project activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with engineering design.
Manage the field team to achieve project milestones.
Ensure the project team updates the project log and documentation files periodically.
Conduct project review meetings with Project team and Contractors.
Present and Report project progress to the Client and Consultant.
Continuously monitor project status and impact on customer relation.
Manage the planning team to update the Project program based on the project progress.
Risk management, including risk assessment strategy and policies for the overall organization.
Ensure proper execution of the risk strategy throughout the projects lifecycle.
Act as an interface with client regarding project status and coordination as required to resolve issues with site construction, procurement and engineering.
Take corrective action as needed during project life cycle and/or consult with Construction Project Manager to resolve issues arising during projects.
Oversee subcontractors and vendors/suppliers performing work on the project.
Coordinate proposed changes in design with consultants and construction manager while maintaining schedule and budget.
• Offer necessary on site administration along with proper quality control measures for ensuring the entire Project finish on time and due budget.
• Prepare Project Implementation Plans.
• Provide necessary coordination and planning for the subcontractors.
• Manage Sub Contractor works.
• Support the Program Manager to carry out budget preparation, estimation and bids along with producing various proposals, planning and necessary contracts.
• Responsible for subcontract negotiations and purchase orders as well as usual contracts with customers.
• Provide necessary coordination between other MEP services and ELV systems.
• Evaluation of project activity and report project progress to Client.
• Conduct coordination meetings with all Project related parties.
• Ensure the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings and production of all necessary documentation.
• Attend weekly Client meetings to update the Project progress and address the bottlenecks.
• Ensure effective flow of information between team members, participants in project activities.
• Coordinate the installation activities of the In-Building infrastructure.
• Deploy cost efficient In-Building Solutions to meet the Coverage and Capacity demands of Subscribers and Network.
• Make Site plans and diagrams, Skeleton Diagrams. Maintain link budget.
• Prepare and submit the site reports and keep record of all site surveys and installation.
• Manage the technical and strategic challenges of working with Multiple Operators, Site Owners and Host Providers in deploying a Multi-Operator In-Building Solution.
• Identify and overcome the design challenges of implementing a System.
• Prepare As-Built Drawings and Weekly progress reports.
• Manage Sub-Contractor activities on Site and provide necessary site support.
• Operation and Maintenance of HV Switch gears
• Monitoring switching Operations of Different Incoming and Out going Feeders
• Issuing work permits on different feeders
• Load controlling during peak hours
• Controlling of different parameters according to the instruction from LD centre
• Preparation of Monthly Documents
