Source and procure marine equipment, including engines, valves, pumps, cables, and deck
machinery.
Manage procurement of offshore materials such as subsea components, structural steel, and piping
systems.
Coordinate sourcing of services including ship repair, dry docking, logistics, and inspection activities.
2.Vendor & Supplier Management
Identify, evaluate, and prequalify vendors in accordance with industry standards and certifications (API, ABS, DNV, Lloyds).
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Negotiate pricing, Incoterms, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions.
3.Contract & Cost Contract
Prepare and manage purchase orders, framework agreements, and supplier contracts.
Handle contract administration, claims management, and supplier performance monitoring.
Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring adherence to approved budgets.

4.Logistics & Expediting
Monitor supplier production schedules and expedite critical orders to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and transportation activities.
Track material deliveries and resolve supply chain issues to minimize project delays.
5.Inventory & Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with project, operations, and maintenance teams to understand procurement requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning activities.
Provide regular procurement status updates and reports to management.

4. Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor inventory levels and stock availability.
Coordinate replenishment of fast-moving items.
Minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
Conduct regular stock reviews and reconciliations.
