• FE Modelling and pre analysis checks using Hypermesh and Femap.
• Steel mass density and COG balanced by addition of non-structural masses and lumped masses.
• The results analyzed for natural frequency of each structures and compared with engine excitations.
• Model optimized for safe frequency range in compliance with the yard standards.
• Detailed report prepared with all proposed structural modifications.
Project: Strength evaluation of Crane Foundation and Supporting Structures.
• Finite Element Model preparation.
• Structure analyzed for various load cases and stress values monitored carefully for failures.
• Model analyzed for 12 different load cases taking all worst case scenarios.
• Necessary structural modifications proposed to comply with the FE Analysis.
