Job Responsibilities
• Fully conversant with SAP Portal. Provide assistance to the whole section regarding Portal activities.
• Fully conversant with Guest House Management System (GHMS) . Control the GHMS for all types of Guest House Bookings in Head Office.
• Form/make policies for Guest Houses and their booking system.
• Coordinate reservation of hotel accommodation for Company's Management employees including Foreigner Company guests on various occasions.
• Make reservation arrangements in hotels for holding AGMs, EGMs, BODs, Seminars and other important meetings.
• Coordinate and ensure to make airport entry passes for FFC employees at different stations for airport duties.
• Coordinate and ensure arrangements of hotel accommodation for the Management employees visiting HO from different FFC locations and processing of hotel bills for payment through Finance Div/concerned offices.
• Receive Company's Senior Management Employees (GMs) at airport during their visit.
• Coordinate and ensure issuance of Passage Service Requests to various ticketing agencies and processing their invoices for payment through Finance Div/concerned offices.
• Coordinate ticketing arrangements for the Company's Management employees based at HO.
• Coordinate and ensure issuance of Certificate of Fare (COF) to the Management employees proceeding abroad for attending various events.
• Make meal/refreshment arrangements for the Company's guests and participants of all official meetings and conferences at HO FFC.
• To ensure smooth functioning of the main reception hall, meeting rooms at the Head Office Building.
• To receive all VIP guests of CE & MD and take them to the concerned office.
