Currently working as a Customer Service Officer/Medical Insurance Underwriter for a leading Insurance Broker in UAE.
My Job roles are as below:
Risk analysis and evaluation based on client’s business information.
Working with individual, SME & corporate clients to meet their medical insurance requirements.
Research insurance policies, coverage plans, terms, conditions, and prices on behalf of the client.
Negotiating with the insurance companies on behalf of the client.
Staying up to date with the current market trends & updates. Preparing internal reports & managing client data.
Participating in team-building activities to enhance working relationships.
Offering friendly and efficient service to customers, handled challenging situations with ease.
• Primary KRA is to assist and resolve queries/issues of US & Canada based customers regarding Dell hardware & software, any third-party software/hardware (like Microsoft Office, i-Tunes, printers, e-mail clients etc.)
• Act as a technical resource / mentor for less experienced team members.
• Handle diverse range of issues that require evaluation of a variety of factors including current business trends.
• Selling new computers, warranties & other products over the phone.
• Act as a middleman between the Dell depot in US/Canada & all clients.
