Job Profile in Detail:
•Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
•Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
•Prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
•Monitor and track project’s progress and settle down issues that may arise, prepare reports and escalate to management as needed
•Prepare MIS reports on budget, plans and money spend by using project management tools
•Prepare and place of Letter of Intents and Purchase Orders after obtaining all the necessary approvals
•Negotiating with Shipping Lines / Freight Forwarders for freight rates and coordinating imports
•Coordinating, planning and scheduling deliveries to project sites in accordance with company policies and procedures

•Coordinate with Purchase & Logistics Manager for end to end functions of the purchase & Logistics department
•Negotiating with Shipping Lines / Freight Forwarders for freight rates from Far East & Europe and coordinating imports
