•Prepare a fair schedule with all the staff needs.
•Holding the shop accounting things on a daily base.
•Arrange the stock room before and after the stock-entrance and the transfers.
•Checking the e-mails and replay on time.
•Report to the area manager and the sales manager on a daily base.
Super carries out supervising and coordinating activities of dining-room employees along with providing courteous and rapid service to diners.
•Makes guests welcome and lead them to tables they need.
•Makes schedule for dining reservations.
•Prepares arrangement for next patrons’ parties.
•Deals with complaints regarding food or service.
•Hires and trains dining-room employees.
•Notifies payroll department regarding work schedules and time records.
•Help a hand in preparing menus.
•Sometimes plans and executes details for banquets; manager or catering.
•Supervise Waiters/Waitresses.
